Mike doesn’t get the respect he deserves. I like athlean x, and his advice is solid. Mike though, is more like the shit uou want to do to help push you to the goal. I like Mike’s style and I’ve gleamed more practical knowledge from him than i have listening to anybody else. I use Mike and Arnold modern encyclopedia of bodybuilding. This is all you would need to build muscle, as far as information goes.
Plenty of carbs in Dr Pepper
I dont think you need the carbs at all. If you are eating well ie protein your body will be regulating your blood sugar and your body will work more efficiently, I think you need to rethink that one.
Skip the whole grains if you don’t like em. Look at the relative fiber content and the health benefits are negligible at best. Fruits, veggies and legumes are the best option by far, starches are best for keeping you alive during the winter
What about skinny people trying to gain weight
I train with zero carbs.
Pepsi is great for big arms
Love the faygo shirt!
Suddenly I want some grape soda.

Now, if you’re in ketosis, all you need is fat storage from your diet to use as energy. You don’t need carbs.
fruits and vegies sure but seeds such as whole gains just rob you of micro utrients ut i understan d the science says different. haha
Does anyone know if nuts and legumes are ‘good carbs’ (like mentioned in the vid) in the same way as veges, fruits, wholegrains ?
eat only protein you dont need carbs
If a blue nose pit was a person.
Best carbs come from beer (-;
Meats are the most nutrient dense foods, Wtf is Mike smoking.
2 Bananas a day, 1 roasted sweet potato, a cup of brown rice,
and as many wildblueberries as possible for my smoothies.
Clean carbs make me feel great too
Dude is so fucking pretentious
You’re not making any gains unless you eat an entire fruit tree along with a quarter cow and a few chickens with a 40 pound bag of rice after every workout.
Isn’t it being filling bad for people trying to eat a lot to bulk?
Turns out a balanced diet was the key all along
Thank you sir.
