  1. I have just started on a new mix of bovine collagen 13g, optiMSM powder 2g, glucosamine 1500mg and chondroitin 1200mg. Hoping these will enable the getting old knees to keep running for a few more years. I did start with hylauronic acid 300mg but that seemed to give headaches.

  2. Beet root helps with circulation and with better circulation your joints are better off with less Inflammation.

  26. I’m sure this eminent medical expert doctor believes what he is promoting, however over the last 20 years I tried all of the potions & miracle cures for "osteo-arthritis" for no noticable relief from joint pain. I took supplements on advice from doctors, physical therapists & peers, all to no noticable relief whatsoever. Now, at age 82, I have come to the understanding that it is not some substance, chemical, herb or secret formula that aids in relieving joint pain but a clean natural diet without any man made ingredients. Some foods exacerbate arthritis in some people so not much point eating something that promotes arthritic conditions & expecting to counter this with a substance from a bottle.

  27. Hello

Hi thanks for your list i have found Moringa helps a lot with my joint pain. I would like to hear your opinion on it if your have any data that supports this supplement.thank you

  35. I started taking Glucosamine/Chondrotin complex and it absolutely reduced my shoulder pain to essentially zero vs without and taking nothing else , unbearable. I noticed the reduction in a matter of 2-3 days. Im in my mid 40’s and had it not worked i was 100% getting surgery for it, as still very active using joints alot fpr work. I refused to get on high dose of advil or anything else that has risks personally to me. That is my experience with #3 on list

  36. I started using glucosamine & chondroitin, Boswell & fish oil supplements about 2 weeks ago. Together with stretching & massages, I’ve noticed a significant decrease in my knee & lower back pain. Also, ashwaganda
