  1. Would it be a bad thing if I took all these supplements at the same time? My girlfriend thinks they will make my blood too thin or some other side effect might happen

  2. No mention of Lion’s Mane?

  3. @ivantodorov8850 April 2, 2025 at 7:38 pm

I think there is a stack between ginkgo and Alpha-GPC as ginkgo prevents from Alpha-GPC to be broken down and so lasts longer.

  4. " Improve your IQ " I am sorry Thomas DeLauer but your IQ is Low. First, you should learn what is IQ, how it is measured etc.

  5. @patriciacarter8442 April 2, 2025 at 7:38 pm

  7. I’m using all of these and a buch more! It really works!

  8. bro, doesnt alphagpc increase risk of stroke ?

  9. Alpha GCP increase TMAO, which is dangerous. Same with L-Carnatine.

  10. I’m taking Dihexa from Swisschems and so far it really works for me in improving my mental focus. I’m, able to work more efficiently and stay focused for longer periods of time. I’ve also noticed improved clarity and better recall of memories. I’m very pleased with the results and would highly recommend it.

  16. @trackdayfever6991 April 2, 2025 at 7:47 pm

Hi Thomas ! I’m following your video and now I’m taking so much pill in the morning! I would like to know how I can cut my cost on pill per month..What are the best supplements !! 🤪🤦🏼‍♂️

  17. @ritcheermasseus1361 April 2, 2025 at 7:49 pm

Are there any pills that contain most of these vitamins….im already taking enough supplements I can’t take 7 more…please help

  18. @paulcunningham3552 April 2, 2025 at 7:55 pm

Is teacrine still a good product or has the research changed with this ? I haven’t heard Thomas mention it recently

  19. 💪💪#1 Caffeine.
    1. Carnitine = Fastest strength gains out of any supplement I have ever tried, same day to 3 days burying all PR’s… 3g seriously amps. BUT! Caveat it caused bad headaches… Discontinued.
    2. Creatine = Male PMS inducer since 1996. Temp water gains and just bloaty and bad S#!Ts.. Great if you are on a no carb diet and have ZERO friends. A very distant second.

  20. If I took all the supplements that this guy recommends all the time I would be taking 1000 supplements a day

  21. these help you last longer in bed too, right?

  22. Have you looked into Lion’s Mane? I use that along with Creatine and Alpha-GPC.

  23. @ShilpaSharma-go1xe April 2, 2025 at 8:02 pm

  24. Lutein is a good one.

  25. Coffee makes you Smarter.

  26. Many of those things you listed are especially good for Parkinson’s

  27. bacopa blows all of these supplements out of the water.

  28. @helenahandkart1857 April 2, 2025 at 8:08 pm

Wonderful info, very interested in this topic. I found creatine monohydrate to provide very fast & noticeable benefit to alertness, speed & ease of processing, at even 1g. Moderate sized female, 60yo. Unfortunately it gives me unbearable thirst, despite increased water uptake, & after 3 days I also felt it was impacting my kidneys, so I ceased. I’d love to know if there are different types of creatine &/or some way of evading that side effect, & also how & why it occurs.

  29. You forgot Lion’s Mane.

  30. Supplements to improve your cognitive function are a BIG Scam. At best, they treat the Symptoms but not the Causes of cognitive decline. I’m a 74 year old retired American with my cognitive functions still very much intact. I accomplished by constantly reading books even after I got my MA in Psychology in 1978. IMO the best way to maintain & even improve your cognitive function is to Turn Off Your TV and Turn Off Your Internet and start reading or doing any activity That Stimulates Your Mind.

Best men with the sience on the bord

  32. @FinancialLiteracy-wv2gj April 2, 2025 at 8:11 pm

  33. Cocaine, ADHD meds,…..

  34. @heidibaxter2172 April 2, 2025 at 8:13 pm

I’m a little past 60 yr old. Getting some brain fog now ( thank-you menopause). I’ve heard good things about Phosphatidylserine , great for focus and memory and no side effects.

  35. Alpha gpc is kind of overrated tbh just eat food’s with lots of choline

  36. @JacobBeyer-vo1vp April 2, 2025 at 8:13 pm

I found CDP-choline to be better than alpha GPC it lasts longer, brain fog is clearer and it’s just better, I take adderall and this over time can effect acetylcholine and I started taking CDP-choline (citicholine) and I felt almost instantly better with better memory, focus and recall

  37. No lions mane?

  38. @enlightenedrogue3871 April 2, 2025 at 8:17 pm

I don’t trust you buddy – you sell way too much BS!

  39. Hey Thomas, can you do a video on bluetooth and other similar devices impact on human? I’m curious if there is any.

  40. @Livinginthepresentmoment07 April 2, 2025 at 8:18 pm

Ibought bacopa inztead of ginko, it mDeme smarter, good memory but demotivation made me not wanting to study, I will but ginko and try it with and with out bacopa

  41. 1. Creatine (1-3 gr.)
    2. Alpha-GPC (400 mg and eat it with eggs for greater benefit)
    3. DHA (1 gr.)
    4. Ginkgo Biloba (200-250 mg)
    5. Korean Red Gingseng (4500 mg)
    6. Anthocyanin

  42. 2:36
Can CDP-Choline (citocoline) replace the eggs for a choline source?

  43. Hi what is your opinion on alpha gpc causing risk of heart attack du e to TMAO conversion

  44. Clearly into health and fitness but too pathetic to use skincare probably for a perceived social limitation around masculinity. Use some damn chapstick at least.

  45. @aleksanderamid5842 April 2, 2025 at 8:24 pm

    More Brain Videos !!!

  46. @healthtips365Global April 2, 2025 at 8:24 pm

Fatty fish: Rich in omega-3s, which enhance neural connections and support memory.
Blueberries: Packed with antioxidants that help protect the brain from aging.
Walnuts: Provide vitamin E, supporting cognitive function.
Eggs: Contain choline, essential for brain signal transmission.
Dark chocolate: Improves blood flow to the brain, boosting alertness.
Green tea: Contains L-theanine, which reduces stress and enhances focus.

Incorporating brain-boosting foods not only improves memory but also enhances focus and creativity. Personally, I prioritize eating fatty fish, blueberries, and drinking green tea, as they are not only beneficial for overall health but also help me stay productive and focused every day.

  47. @Be_Still_ps46.10 April 2, 2025 at 8:24 pm

Wow that was very informative and interesting. Thank you! My mom 84 is in early dementia 😢

  48. @mohannadali9662 April 2, 2025 at 8:26 pm

This is not a summary of the video, just my own list:

    1-alpha gpc
2-fish oil that’s at least 900 mg dha
    3-Bioactive vitamin b complex
4-sulbutiamine, a bioactive b1 vitamin (b1 vitamins are commercially in low quantities and non-absorbable forms)
5-noopet (boosts all forms of memory plus other cognitive indices)
6- Diindolymethane (crucial to get your hormones in balance)
    7-iodine and iodide
    8-zinc
9-selenimithione (selenium; for heavy metal detox)
    10-acetyl l-carnitine
    11-magnesium glycinate (you don’t need L-threonate)
    12-lions mane mushroom extract 20:1
    13-Vitamin c
    14-copper (just eat sesame seeds)

You need your estrogen and testosterone to be balanced. It’s crucial. Big thanks to David Tomen, author of the channel nootropics expert. With the exception of diindolymethane, I got all of my knowledge on these because of him. I encourage anyone suffering from ADHD or the like or just looking to improve his life through brain optimization to look up his channel and website. He explains everything, from citing literature on what precisely these supplements do, countless experiences of him and others taking the supplements, the recommend dosages, what they should be coupled with and not, side effects, what the supplements (really nootropics) do and feel, how long and when to take them.

  49. Research says increased risk of stroke after 12 months of alpha gpc use

  50. So, I cant take them all – what 2 or 3 make the most sense?
