Such bs, the body is meant to adapt and be pushed. Back then we were running hours a day, hauling mammoth meat to our camps. Sweating blood sweat and tears to survive. As long as you eat properly and are doing cardio with strength training you will be a beast. Big guys like this look ridiculous and to maintain such a large body with this much muscle is a long checklist. Just get lean and strong like Bruce Lee. Most bodybuilders are weak
If your job is manual labor then you will work those muscles every day at least 5 days a week. This advice he is giving is only for guys going crazy in the gym and blasting juice to get stage size. The average man with a hard labor job can work his muscles every day just fine and will see increase in strength and size
I do biceps 5 days a week. 2 of those days are only 3 sets of 8.
My biceps to never stay sore for long no matter how much i put into them and they are growing still. Now legs on the other hand, I’m lucky if i can get 2x a week, a lot of times after a hard leg workout i walk out of the gym with half steps and shakey legs and spend the next 3-4 days hating standing up or having to lower myself down.
One day youll be able to work out the whole body 5 to 7 times per day like i did, and no strength loss, cause i adapted to it. Meaning within seconds my muscles cells energy was full and ready to go.
There is no definite answer. You need to figure out how fast each of your body part recovers. You’re just gonna learn that through experience. For instance, my triceps recover very slow. So, I would only train them once a week.
Complelety dependant on how many set performed.. If you do 3 sets to failure you can hit them every second day. 6 sets every 3 days. 8 sets + once a week. More frequency is nearly twice as good. Especially if natty. 72 hours is the total anabolic potential after stimulus. There for 4 days a week you are muscle wasting if doing a bro split.

I trained arms every day and got huge from it. Find what works for you, we all respond differently and genetics play a huge part.
