Your B12 Supplement Should NOT Contain These 3 Things #shorts
Dr. Janine shares why your B12 supplement should NOT contain these three things. She explains that B12 supplements containing cyanocobalamin are B12 bound to cyanide. If you are taking a cyanocobalamin B12 supplement you are ingesting cyanide. She talks about how your B12 supplement should not contain the flow agent magnesium stearate. Magnesium stearate has never been tested for long-term human consumption. Lastly, Dr. Janine looks at B12 supplements that contain microcrystalline cellulose, a filler that can cause digestive problems like gas and bloating. If your B12 supplement contains any of these three things throw them out and look for a whole-food B12 made without fillers or flow agents or cyanide. Follow for more vitamin tips.

magnesium stearate is safe in vitamins B12 for the Healthy Sense Vitamins brand.
Looking awesome…thanks so much Doctor
Thanks, Dr. Janine, for sharing.
Methylcobalamin is a decent form of B-12. The Hydrocobalamin form of B-12 needs to be specially compounded at a compounding pharmacy and usually requires a doctor’s prescription.
What about pyridoxine in b6
What is a good B12 supplement?
Doctor, can you help me decide which brand of vitamin B12 I should buy? I live in Canada thanks
I can’t read the label / language here in Thailand, so can’t tell.
I know one time i took magnesium glycinate. An it made me feel like something was seriously wromg with my lounges an heart. I mightve took too much. Becareful
According to what I know, magnesium stearate is generally recognized as safe for consumption, including in dietary supplements such as vitamins B12. The FDA has approved magnesium stearate for use as an additive in food and supplements, and it is considered safe at amounts below 2,500 mg per kilogram per day. Capsule manufacturers typically use only small amounts of magnesium stearate, which are unlikely to cause negative side effects when taken at recommended doses.
thanks

What supplements u recommend for 60+ and which brand
Is Methylcobalamin ok?
Thank you, what is superior than methylcobalamin if cyanocobalamin is not preferable. Please help.
Please explain why the filler is bad?
May we know what is the best substitute for these chemical
does this doctor say to avoid broccoli because it also contains cyanide? lol
What about multivitamin with microcrystaline cellulose?
So what’s the best B12 to take then
What’s a good multivitamin that we should take? All of these videos are great and telling us what to take. Then we go check and of course everything we shouldn’t take is in everything! So what is a good option? Please and thank you!
This “doctor” doesn’t know what she’s talking about. The supposed “cyanide+b12” is naturally found in food.
Oh nooooo I bought Holland and barrels B12 and it has all 3 of these

What about magnesium stearate vegetables are safe
They all contain those
Micrograms of Cyanide are not going to be toxic
Most vitamins are full of this stuff ,cant trust store bought vitamins
As for Magnesium- Use Magnesium Glyconate, there are many forms of magnesium, some expensive, but this one is good for general use and affordable.
Why are these allowed?
Drinking a monster with 1. Rn
All of the b12 products has the things that she is mentioning in this video
I bought intrisi b12-Folate from Metagenics and just noticed it has Microcrystalline cellulose
But almost all B12 is with those’ what are those without that 3things? Pls recommend
Have to research everything,, Doctor living good supplements don’t have that stuff
So then why don’t you tell us which one to take like your title said you are going to do
What should I do if my B12 is over 2000? My doctor seems to be very concerned.
Yep, B-12 should be Methylcobalamine, not CyanoCobalamine. The former is the Natural one-whole food based!
So i just bought b12 and it has the first product. So whats the solution. Instead of what not to take, focus on the positive what we should take.
Cyanocobalamin is the last ingredient listed in Trader Joe’s Nutritional Yeast.
Just eat liver
Hello! Cyanocobalamin is relatively harmless and is the combination of Hydroxocobalamin (Vitamin B12) and any form of cyanide. Hydroxocobalamin is the antidote for Cyanide poisoning.
What about my magnesium glucinate that has magnesium stearate and vegtable cellulose?
Thank you!!!!

Why aren’t people discussing why are books like "Health and Beauty Mastery" by Julian Bannett being censored for exposing lies health industry and pharma are pushing?
Number 4 lead
Well, I can not find any natural vitamin b12 or b complex in injection form anymore in USA. It is all synthetic. Government made it impossible for any company to sell it unless synthetic. Anyone has idea how to get natural please let me know. I run out of options. I called every company and nothing
This video should have also mentioned how we SHOULD take our vitamin B12…
I was buying vitamin b complex and since i saw ur video, i checked those and b12 is cyanocobalamin so i stopped buying it anymore as it was a high dose and very expensive that maybe was the reason i started to get bloated and feeling like constipated with some aches in my joints, now im feeling better. Thank you doctor Janine
What’s the alternative. Please give product recommendations
Eat liver, take liver supplements

But you don’t recommend anything else. So what are we supposed to do?
